• Display rigorously verified, comprehensive content.

• Focus on contemporary issues that are supported by evidence-based

         research, suitable for dissemination within a 60, 75, or 90 -minute session.

​​

• Avoid the promotion of personal business interests

         within your presentation scope.

​​

• Present a clear record of your expertise in your chosen subject.

​​

• Embody the breadth and diversity of our professional

         community in the presenters' background.

​

Important Deadlines:

​

• Proposal Submission Deadline:

          November 1st, at 6 p.m. ET (5 p.m. CT).

​

• Communication of Acceptance:

         Successful applicants will be notified via email by November 15th, 2024.

​

• Once selected, you must confirm your participation by

         November 30th, at 6 p.m. ET (5 p.m. CT).

​

Procedure for Proposal Submission:

We are seeking proposals that align with our symposium's learning

objectives, uphold ethical standards, and contribute to our overarching goals.

Multiple submissions are permitted. Only one co-presenter is allowed per presentation.
