 POSTER    PRESENTERS

​Proposal Requirements:

Applicants are encouraged to submit proposals highlighting particular areas of interest such as pioneering clinical or educational interventions, cutting-edge models of care, new health challenges, progressive leadership and policy developments, groundbreaking research outcomes, and innovative measurement techniques.

Evaluation Criteria:

Acceptance will be based on the quality and clarity of the abstract along

with its relevance to the modern NP practice environment, ensuring a

collection of presentations that are both insightful and applicable.

Suggested Topics for Submission:

  • Completed Research: Including all aspects of NP practice;

       ongoing studies are also welcome.

  • Updates in Practice: Summaries of clinical innovations or issues

       pertinent to NP practice that can be effectively communicated through a poster.

Critical Dates:

  • Submission Deadline:

         April 30, 2025, by 6 p.m. ET (5 p.m. CT).

  • Notification of Acceptance:

         Selected participants will be notified by email on May 7, 2025.

  • Acceptance Confirmation:

         Participants must confirm their participation by May 16, 2025,

          at 6 p.m. ET (5 p.m. CT).

 

Submission Instructions:

  • Submissions must be made through our dedicated online portal.

  • Please note that abstracts sent via email

         or other means will not be accepted.

  • Participants are advised to check all their email folders,

          including spam, to ensure they do not miss important notifications.

  • Abstracts of 500+/-words, CV, with a Disclosure Statement, needs assessment, and 3 learning objectives.

 of our collective knowledge and the evolution of nurse practitioner practice.
